Here's another update from the Tour de France. Mark Cavendish is the man! With his sprint finishes he has become the first man from Britain to win four stages in the Tour. He is amazing to watch and his team, the American team of Team Columbia, really has been a huge support setting him up for the sprints. Sadly, I won't be seeing him for the rest of the Tour. Mark withdrew this morning in order to rest up and get ready for the Olympics. He is only 23 so I imagine we will have many more years to watch this rider mature and win more sprints!

I am so loving Mark Cavendish! I'm sad that he withdrew from the Tour (I'd love to see him win the green jersey), but it'll be fun to watch him again during the Olympics! Krista
